It's a simple procedure and the engineer will help you every step of the way. This is a one time use and is totally safe and secure. It allows us to service your machine or troubleshoot your problem as if we're sat right next to you. But don't worry we cannot access your computer following the appointment as you type in the code and you are totally in control.
