'In my work as a travel journalist, I take thousands of photographs every year, all of which I need to keep readily accessible on the computer. The new Windows 7 has made them much quicker and easier both to access and email to clients. The switch to the new system was utterly painless, as Elliott was able to take my old machine away whilst I was away for a few days and bring the new one over on my return. He also gave me a few simple tips to help me use my new toy to its best advantage and - an added bonus - is a phone call away if ever I have any technical queries. Thought you would like to know that the recent service done remotely by yourselves on my computer has worked wonders. The machine is now so fast that I'm having trouble keeping up with it. Great improvement. Also the tutorial which you gave me on my external back up has given me great peace of mind. The scheduled incremental weekly back up has just completed without any problems.
